Busy as Bees....

This weekend we are buzzing around like bees!
We have lots of very important people to see :).

We are going to spend the day doing much needed chores...
(cleaning, laundry, running errands, etc).
Tonight we will be heading our separate ways for a little while!

Michael will be hanging out with his buddy's from Highschool...
his friend Graham has been on leave from Afghanistan
for only two short weeks.
The majority of the time he has spent with family
& his precious fiancee Jessica.
We are so glad that they got to enjoy each others company over the holidays.

The guys decided to get together to send him off
& wish him well....
He only has a short time left being deployed.
We are so thankful for his service to our country
& know that he is sacrificing much to protect our freedom.
I plan to meet Michael after I finish my duties!

I,  on the other hand am heading to Ft. Bragg tonight
to celebrate with our sister Stacy @ her "house warming" party.
Stacy, has also sacrificed much for the betterment of our country
over the past year & unfortunately will continue to in the future...
There is not a day that goes by that we don't pray for her.
We lost our B.I.L a little over a year ago in Afghanistan &
his wife Stacy has spent the last year raising there new born son, Richie,
in a Military town just as they had planned.
Stacy has decided to make Fayetteville there home...
We couldn't be more excited for them.

Don't get me wrong; we would love it if she were closer to us...

but, we know that there "Army family" will continue
to love & support her and Baby R
as long as they choose to stay in the area!
Stacy just built a new house big enough for family to come visit
& Richie to have plenty of room to grow.....
I can't wait to see it in person!

Sunday, We will have Michael's side of the family in town,
We will be spending the day with them!
This will probably include~
playing with two little munchkin boys
& watching doggies run in circles.
I am sure our night will be concluded by
eating a delicious dinner
& laying around incredibly full!

Hopefully we will have time to get a little rest
before the workweek starts over on Monday....

*We spent our Friday night watching Hangover
(which was hilarious I might add)
& looking through some old pics
(reminiscing on old times).
I will leave you with some pictures of our younger years!

All these pictures were taken in Cancun...
We went after our college graduation in 2006.
Who would have thought that only 2 short years later

We would be back at the same place...

Exchanging Wedding Vows & committing to each other
a lifetime of happiness & many more incredible adventures?!
